When you pay this much you expect cleanliness
I’m a very detailed oriented person so when the obvious stands out to me, I think hmmmm, why haven’t they attended to these obvious items that are lacking in attention. A couple of the obvious… First, the top cover-let to one of the beds was very worn and see-through. The linen should’ve been discarded long ago, but obviously have been reused and reused and reused. Second, any towel that has a hole in it should be discarded immediately. Third, one of the most visual things when pulling up are the adorable bikes that are available for use but when they are caked in dirt and dust that has obviously been on there for a while again, someone should be maintaining these, filling the tires and cleaning them off. Then, lastly, even though there are a few more… The sliding glass door in the bedroom was hard to open because the track was so filthy from debris that it was a challenge to open and close.

We travelled deom Toronto and stayed here with our two children (5and 7). We stayed in a upgraded room! Complimentary of the hotel, what a pleasant surprise they did for us! The room was nice and comfortable. Hotel grounds were great! They had s'mores for sale at the reception and a couple bbq pits out back. Everyone was so friendly at this resort. Our favorite part were the two hotsprings and hot tub. One of the hotsprings was shallow enofor ny kids to enjoy and the larger deeper one was nice! They are in the process of building another hotsprings but it doesnt affect your stay. Lastly, they have complimentary snacks for breakfast (croissants, danishes, cofee tea). We highly recommend staying here.

They upgraded my room. Staff very friendly. In the middle of a remodel so this is going to be a fantastic place when done. My room was all brand new so I suppose when full it could be a problem. One of the pools was under renovation but two other pools open so no biggie

Construction on property. In spite of hotel having few guest, we were put in a noisy room adjacent to building under construction. Happily moved us but should not of put in noisy room in empty hotel. Hotel itself adequate. Rooms uncomfortable as poor sitting and bath with no counters. Patio nice if upper level room. Pool nice, furniture old and dirty.

My stay was disappointing. Upon entering the restroom, I noticed ants near the toilet, and the wall with the coat hangers was dirty. In the corner of the room, there were spider webs with visible droppings. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. While the front desk staff was friendly, it took four attempts to reach them, just have the toilet sprayed.

We loved it here. The town was super cute, close to many amenities. The hotel was very chic. Great staff! Pool area was lovely. There was a lot of construction ongoing around the property (e.g., across the street) but it was still quiet in the room. We did find it a touch dark in the room - perhaps a different light shade would help!

This is a Hyatt property??
Friendly staff tried to give us a quiet room. 30' from a major road with trucks. Room had flies, cheap bed, broken wall outlet. Carpet was well worn. I would swear this was a motel6 or something in its previous life. Staff is nice, owners need to step up.

Our bathroom still had hair attached to the shower curtain. Other than that the bed, room, and surroundings were fine. There is construction next door. The breakfast was good; good service.
