Great food and service at the Fish Net Restaurant. Various Bar service good as well. In room mini bar fridge was not working upon arrival. It was finally replaced on our last day.

The property was nice and very clean and there were plenty of food options for any time of the day. There was entertainment throughout the day and night. I liked the stations set up for special treats in the lobby, like a chocolate fountain. The VIP lounge was great. The view from all over the resort was spectacular. Staff was helpful. The room was amazing. We took advantage of the turn down service one night and breakfast in bed one morning. We only had a few issues overall but they did not necessarily ruin the whole experience. For example, I received the wrong meal from room service and then I could not get the correct one because there was a miscommunication from staff and then they closed the dinner menu. Also, even though we were eligible for late check out, the resort didn’t allow it due to the room needed to be turned over for someone else. Finally, the marketing guy kept stalking us asking us to attend his presentation in exchange for perks to use during our stay. He would call our room once he knew we had used our key to go in there. He would find us on the beach, in the spa, rooftop, restaurant, or wherever, to ask us to attend. We attended a private ceremony and took photos. He met us on the steps right after and asked us to come to the presentation, and called our room while we were undressing. Finally my husband asked him to leave us alone. Don’t know how or why we were chosen for it but I didn’t see him doing this to everyone so you might be safe.

The property is clean and beautiful. We had a longer wait time to be checked in by the receptionist. We had a planned birthday party at the resorts, everything went well except the dinner reservation that didn't go as planned. Overall, the resort is a beautiful place.
