They are not prepared to call themselves a pet friendly hotel. A lot of limitations and staff is rude.

We arrived at 1pm for my wife’s 3 year anniversary and we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. Once we got our rooms we were promised a bottled wine and robes but instead our room was falling apart as per the mini fridge door snapping right off. The room reeked of moldy unsafe smells and the shower head was rusty brown causing my skin to irritate. Rosato staff was wonderful in helping prep for my proposal but main buffet was serving undercooked chicken and some staff was showing preference to people that where lighter than us. Would not recommend especially for the price. Very small resort with little to no amenities and everything worth the wait is upsold such as coconuts and beach beds which should’ve been included with our “VIP” status.

Checking it at the property was hassle free, friendly staff. I would recommend getting an uber from the airport, was less expensive and you don’t have to haggle with the people at the airport. At the property We had a great time, the activities at the pool were fun, the pool side food was perfect for lunch. Breakfast and dinner at the main Buffett was very good, we liked that better than the reservation restaurants. The rooms were clean, fridges stocked each day, room service 24hrs was good (didn’t like the ham quesadilla). Bar atmosphere was fun for everyone Raquel and Joany were the best servers. If you need something that the resort doesn’t have there is a convenience store within walking distance follow the path off the property to the left, go down the road to the crosswalk and cross your will see “The Deli”. Check out was easy, uber back to the airport

At first, it was a very disappointing experience. The room wasn’t what we expected. We paid extra to stay at oceanfront room but ended up on a ground floor with extreme humidity and moisture floor that was dangerous to walk on. However, service was very nice and we moved to another room next day with a way better conditions. Food was good, beach is amazing, staff is very helpful. Overall, facilities are old and need renovation. That’s why it’s 4 not 5 for our rating.
