The food was not clean. We had food poisoning and stayed in our room for two days, lying on bed. We called expedia and told them about the situation. Expedia agreed to talk to property. But property refused to refund for the rest of the days even though the manager agreed to our early checkout.

Great property for people on a budget. Everyone was very friendly during our entire stay and this was our second time to this resort. Download the app if you want to make dinner reservations as that was the only thing that I didn't know prior to our trip.

Dining options were limited unless you owned a timeshare with the resort We were there for Christmas, so it was extremely busy and an elevator wasn’t working, which caused alot of congestion So many people were complaining about their room keys not working; we had to go to the front desk (whose line was always long) almost every day of our stay Staff was very nice and toons were nice and clean

I had an incredible vacation experience at this hotel, everything was top notch, the service was incredible, clean, beautiful and there was a very wide variety of food and drinks, very wonderful shows that took place every evening, any problems were solved very simply and quickly, the biggest plus is of course the beach, very beautiful and safe

It's a great place to go with kids. Food is excellent. However, I can only give it 4 stars because Internet connectivity was not reliable. Also, the concrete along the balcony ledges seem to be breaking apart which was slightly scary. There is a building being constructed with loud construction noise all day.

The food was terrible. Roaches in the only dining place they had which was the Buffett. Room was at least clean. One towel rule which is ridiculous. Alcohol was bottom of the terrible. They said they had a reservation restaurant but restaurant, concierge and front desk could not give you a reservation and app did not work. Key cards for pool towels is stupid.

The facility was quite old and worn out and wasn’t able to try the other restaurants apart from the buffet because you have to make bookings way ahead of time. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. Otherwise most staff were courteous and helpful. Dana left quite a good impression. Entertainment was great - from aqua fitness to jazz band to Spanish dance groups. The property is on the beach front, 15 mins to the airport and few mins drive from La Isla mall

Facilities were nice but in my opinion, the food left a lot to be desired. Also, you probably don’t know in advance you need to download their app in order to make restaurant reservations. By the time you get there, the near dates are all booked. We got one reservation so can’t speak to the food at those restaurants . Room service breakfast was decent.

Very nice property, very nice staff. The only issue is the property to the south is casting a shadow over most of the pool area. Great for shade but not if you are looking to tan by the pool.
