The staff they where really nice, i had been there before and I like it but this time I didn't like because it show the way the different of the people who are member o not, didn't like if i had friends and I invite them to be with me, they can't be with me because they are a member and I am not. Unother think was they have hours to eat, and it was not like that before. I don't like, is you have to be a member like that they treat you good in food, drinks and show too . LIKE I SAY BEFORE, ALL THE STUFF THEY ARE NICE AND HELPFUL, BUT I WOULD GO BACK AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS THIS HOTEL

We had a fantastic time at GR Solaris, and it’s a great choice for families. Pros: • The kids club was a standout! The staff were wonderful, and they had engaging activities that kept the little ones entertained while we got some downtime. Thank you to Crisell, Bell and Monty… our girls asked to go back all day long! • The nightly entertainment and shows were a treat for the whole family. From live music to performances, there was always something to look forward to. • The food was excellent, with a variety of options to please every palate. We especially enjoyed the themed nights at the buffet. Cons: • The juicy drinks were a bit too sweet for our liking, not much alcohol. • The water temperature in the pool and showers could have been warmer, especially for the kids. Although we spent most of our time at the beach, it was perfectly located!!! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend GR Solaris for families looking for a great time off! PS. The construction of the new hotel next door was unfortunately unavoidable, drew in some extra shade during the day and noise but we managed to ignore after a while.

This will be a long one!! We arrived early, reception was amazing. Allowed for us to check in a bit earlier and have lunch while we waited for our room to be ready!! The staff was always quick to attend us and always so pleasant! Always a smile on their face! The shows at night were beautiful! Our girls loved every minute of it! Best of all was the KidsClub! Girls would wake up in the morning talking about it immediately! They had crafts and so many other activities!!Felt so safe leaving them there while we had some adult time for a few hours. My only small complaint… The pillows. A bit too hard for my liking. And the app to reserve for the restaurants was a bit confusing and not working well. But it was fine for us because the Buffet always had different options of foods every day for every meal! But will for sure return!

The hotel beside is undergoing construction so it’s very loud all day and there’s construction garbage and concrete always flying around. The buffet menu was not great and hardly any items for kids.

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Truly all inclusive with a variety of food and drinks. The resort next door was being renovated and daily noise from the construction crew. Also, the room had a musty smell though it was very clean and serviced daily. Definitely plan to return and recommend.

The resort is on the small side and very tired. Some updates have been made, i.e. the lobby, but there are many areas in disrepair. The grounds were not kept well. They did hit the mark on service and overall we had a good experience- the staff was excellent, food was good and afterall it is Cancun! It is a good value for the price.

I felt very safe also the place was very clean and welcoming the room was clean and I love the night shows and best of all I had lost my bathsuit and at the lost and found desk I got it back. Dinning options was really bad except the breakfast that was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buliding needs some upgrade, looks old. I recommend lodging at the Royal Solares or the new one which they are atill bulding that has more like Greece vibes. There were spiders in various areas of our room including the sheets and towels received from the resort. Didn’t receive VIP benefits Excessive noise from music and pool activities going through the night. Excessive noise from construction Food quality and taste was awful. Leaving us to find food options out of the hotel for nearly every meal. No assistance from concierge or front desk for arrangement of rides, activities, or anything for that matter.

Construction every day starting at 7am even on Saturday and Sunday No dinner reservations available yet restaurants were empty Everything seemed more geared to members..just make it a members club Everything was available for EXTRA called to cancel Expedia agent was very helpful He tried but front desk manager was all of a sudden NOT available. Called back there next back NOT available very frustrating. Property was very run down very disappointing not worth the rating
