Elevator works sometimes, wife has a new knee and had to spend the day in bed after walking up 5 floors to our room. Food was terrible and the same every day. One restaurant open for dinner for the entire hotel. Never go back and sorry I went in the first place. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life

I’ve been at Golden Parnassus a few times, and I always go back, the place itself it’s a little outdated… but here asee the ✅ - Beds are really comfortable - Food is always good quality - People working there are super friendly - Martin and his games at the pool are freaking fabulous - Patricia, the cleaning girl was very kind and honest. My son forgot his 2,000 gold chain and left it in the shower, when we came back from an excursion, the chain was at the night stand… Thank you Paty we truly appreciate your honesty. So, if you’re looking for a decent place at a decent price… This is your place!!💯♥️ I c

The staff firbthe most part were very good. Upon arrival we were shown to our room , first thing i noticed is that it was not the room we had booked . The room had a very mildewey and mold smell to it . The sheets and pillows were very dirty and smelled very bad . I went to the front desk to discuss these issues with the clerk. I was told that thats the room i booked . I expressed my concerns about the smell and dirtiness of the room ,at which point i was told it would cost me another $500 to upgrade to a nicer room. Not to happy about that. We decided to have new sheets and pillows instead. Throughout our 10 day stay . We noticed thatbthe entire building was in dire need of repairs. Only one elevator worked ,lots of peeling paint everywhere . The food was ...ok .... The staff worked very hard and were very polite . All in all ,we will not return to this resort .

The property needs alot of maintenance. Furniture is old, the building needs paint and remodel. It looks like the owners dont take care od the installations. Bartenders and lobby hosts are very nice and friendly. The cookers complaint about the choice and amount of food you put on your plate. Crazy! Thats why we paid for all inclusive. One of the cookers yell at us because we askeed shrim by itselft in the station and she wanted to add a vegetable with the shrimp or rice. It supposed to be whatever the customer wants to eat if you have the option to choose. Overall, i will never return to that hotel. Pool was dirty as well.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING ALL WEEK!! We have stayed at this property 5 or 6 times now. It used to be a really nice place with great service and decent food. Now the management has gone CHEAP! They have cut every corner including fixing the AC. Also the food is not good except the breakfast is still okay mostly because of Gamaliel and Oscar they work so hard to make everyone happy!! Only 2 restaurants open for dinner now and they are not good. Cheap food. Also no security gate or guard at the entrance which makes it unsafe, anyone can walk in.No mini fridge only in select rooms now? I've never not had a fridge in my room here before? Only one elevator working and not even trying to get the other up and running. The other one went down and you have to walk the stairs, not good for the olded crowd. Its a shame we really liked this place. I'd look elsewhere if i were you. There's a reason it's less expensive than all the other resorts. Disappointing for sure
