The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everyone from the bell boy, management and staff did not miss a beat. The daily entertainment options was amazing especially the night fire show, Wow!!!. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future. The entire staff and our VIP upgrade were wonderful. Tropical Storm Helene hit the week we were there, but not having access to the pool or beach was no problem. Having access to the spa/hydrotherapy areas made our day & Room service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & can’t wait to go back.

The place was very well located, drinks by the pool were not so good. The drinks at the restaurant at the beach were probably the best during our stay. The tango show at the steakhouse was my favorite and the food there was as well amazing and of very good quality. Overall is a very good place to stay . My entire family loved it
