the staff, front desk and concierge were amazing and so helpful!!! We had a great experience and check in was easy at the hotel which I booked last minute since the hotel we originally reserved was not great.

The hotel is amazing, the location is convenient, the views are stunning, and the food is remarkable. Despite all this, what stands out for Kempinski is the unmatched, highly professional, and personable service their staff provides. They know how to make guests feel welcome.

The staff at this property were amazing. They went above and beyond everyday and made our stay so special. I would also recommend the Club level. The amenities and staff were outstanding!

Service was excellent from every staff member we interacted with. Breakfast was fantastic and greatly appreciated the good gluten free options, including in house made bread and muffins.

The staff and property location are the strengths. Overall it has gone downhill since 2022 when Kempinski took over and even more so since last year. Club lounge food - whilst of good quality - is repetitive and lacking in imagination. It needs a good overhaul. Cabanas aren’t all in use and cordoned off. It’s a shame when it cd be so much better. Staff are great though

Kempniski hotel cancun was the best idea to stay in. The place is big, clean, and has everything you need. Also the service was amazing and the food was great.
