My experience at the reception was highly unsatisfactory. Regrettably, I have decided not to revisit any establishment under the Hard Rock brand globally. My request to speak with the manager was met with the response that he was occupied and unavailable to address customer concerns. The lack of attention to customers was evident. Reflecting on my experience, I could compile a detailed account of the disappointments encountered, as there was little of interest found during my visit.

This property is a lot of fun! It was very busy during Christmas but other than being a little crowded it was a great atmosphere. Our room had some minor issues (electric and tub jets) but for the most part the rooms are nice. Great beach volleyball!!

The staff at the hotel were great and hard wording, they need more of them. The management and the facility structure need work, when you pay allot of money for a quality facility, we deserved more. Staying at the Hard Rock Cancun has been an awful experience. The room smelled like sweat and urine, with mold visibly present on the bed, in the shower, and on the balcony chairs. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The service has been equally frustrating. We tried to reserve a table for a family of 15 at 6 PM, waited three hours, and were finally seated at 9 PM—only to be split into separate tables. When we questioned this, the staff rudely dismissed us, despite another large family being seated together. Booking Zen for my father’s birthday was also a hassle, with no availability until two days later. The beach experience was just as disappointing. My wife waited 30 minutes with our kids for chairs, only to be repeatedly moved because they were “reserved” for others. Towels were consistently unavailable, adding to the frustration. We spent a significant amount of money on this vacation, and it has been a complete waste. The poor accommodations, terrible service, and lack of organization make this resort far from “all-inclusive.” I have no intention of returning and regret choosing this hotel.

Horrivel, impossivel listar todos os problemas desta propriedade pq nao lembraria de cabeca, entao vou listar os que vieram agora na mente. O check in atrasou em mais de uma hora, nao havia quartos disponiveis. foi cobrada uma taxa extra atribuindo a culpa ao hoteis.com no valor de 1200 dolares. Os restaurantes tinham filas de mais de duas horas, fomos expulsos de um restaurante pq levei alguns pingos de chuva na camiseta. Comemos em pé em um balcao em outro dia. Reservamos uma mesa no jantar de gala no reveillon comprando um vinho por 150 dolares. Nao havia mesa disponivel quando chegamos segundo eles. Simplesmente tivemos que invadir o salao e sentar numa mesa vazia pra garantir um lugar q tinhamos pago a reserva. As piscinas sao geladas. O restaurante do terceiro andar fecha as 17, mas 16:40 eles ja nao queriam mais pegar pedidos. Tudo isso pode ser relevado, mas falta o basico. Nao tem toalhas disponiveis para todos os hospedes no setor de piscina e praia, sendo que varias e varias vezes ficamos sem ou dividimos uma ou 2 com oito pessoas. Os funcionarios sao arrogantes e soh sorriem para as notas de dolar. O pior eh o Andre que oferece a membresia, justificando que tínhamos q relevar tudo isso e gastar 30 mil dolares na membresia que ele nos daria um iate privativo para passear. Falei que so queriamos ter o direito de usar os restaurantes do hotel e toalhas. No fim, saimos do hotel todos os dias em passeios ou fizemos day use em outros hoteis pq o Hard Rock nunca mais…

The staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful ALL the time. My family and I had such a wonderful time. Absolutely no complaints at all!!! Job well done!!! The food was delicious too

I would like for everyone who is thinking about booking here to read this: I just arrive from a week stay with my family (include 2 babies under 2) First I would like to clarify that the staff in general is not the nicest (some exceptions) but the vast majority is not nice. They will try to offer you a 1.5 hours talk to sell you a membership in exchange of resort credit which we didn’t buy and then the people who got us into the talk and gave the talk wouldn’t say hi to us anymore during our trip when they say “if you don’t buy it it’s fine, nothing happened” Food is ok, I would like to say resort is extremely small for the amount of people that can stay so expect to be very very hard to get a reservation on any of the 4 restaurants which is very few for being an all inclusive. We were able to eat in all of then except Toro which we wanted the most but service was terrible and one night they said 1 hour wait so we signed up for it and then 1.5 hours later, still nothing we went to ask and they said “here is your beeper, it was an hour for the beeper and then another hour for the table” which they didn’t specify anything and then even worst when we said how disappointed we were because we’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours for a table just to be said to our faces that it was going to be another hour, the person didn’t even apologize for not explaining in the first place but basically told us “what do you want to do then? Wait or not” with a horrible attitude.

The staff was amazing! The service is fantastic. The rooms are a bit dated with jacuzzi tubs in the room which take up a lot of space. A bunch of food options. Entertainment daily which is fun.
