The resort was under Construction,so there were maintenance issues and construction supplies we had walk around and could hear the banging from a distance. You have your usual courteous friendly staff members and then you have those that shouldn't be working in the hotel/hostess environment. The majority of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We really liked the safeness of the resort; no one can get in or out without proper identification and reason. There were a variety of foods and drinks to enjoy. They did have evening entertainment and that was fun to go to. The 2 things I can comment and suggest is 1. Immediately say no to the sales people trying to sell vacation shares, if you really don't want to spend any time listening to their sales pitch. 2. There was no activities for the singles who come and would like to mingle without having to leave the resort.

I brought my mom here for her 70th and she had a blast. It was such an awesome experience. The staff was superb, the VIP package was top tier, and the birthday package was the cherry on top

The kids club was fantastic. The room service menu was terrible. And it makes no sense Why you cannot get a plate of food from the buffet to take back to your room. I spoke to several people that had visited there before it was our first time, and they said that they would never be back and neither will we. Stayed at several hard rocks before and this by far was our most disappointing experience. I would not recommend it.

I fell and hurt my chin when walking out of the bathroom. I saw the hotel doctor and paid over 800.00 for his attention and had to pay additional for the bandage $20.00. I was tended to well but feel the cost was excessive. In addition, I told the staff the floor outside the bathroom was sticky leading to my trip and fall. There was response was silence.

Primero felicitaciones a la mesera Margarita en el area de la alberca, super bien organizada y atenta con todos los clientes. De igual manera a todo el staff del restaurante Frida y el área de cafetería. Desafortunadamente la experiencia en restaurante Toro pésima, dan preferencia al cliente extranjero y menosprecian al cliente nacional, cuando cuestionas existe inconsistencia en su argumento. Al momento de la recepción no explican varias cosas, igual por dar prioridad al cliente extranjero. El equipo de Legendary con una atención pésima, programan citas y bo respetan horarios. Recomiendo si eres Mexicano mejor buscar otras opciones antes de voltear a esta cadena.
