The services were good. The staffs were nice. This hotel is designed with opened space in mind so when you first walk in you will feel the heat and humidity from the lobby unless you go to the restaurants or cafe. Food options were okay and honestly not good for the price that we paid compared to other resort, we were there for 4 nights and by night 2 we already tasted all of their foods. Pools/beach were clean with activities. The building is getting old and needs to be fix. One good thing: they have jet tub inside the room so you can enjoy the water even during the storm( which we had to deal with when we were there). I don’t think we will visit this place again!

EVERYTHING JUST SCREAMS LUXURY VACATION! THE STAFF IS JUST TOP NOTCH! I CAN NAME A FEW NAMES ! ROSY, ALFREDO, CYNTHIA , MIGUEL, JACK, ETC! THEY HAVE A FEW ACTIVITIES /ENTERTAINMENT TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME THERE BUT NOT REALLY MUCH PARTYING. HOWEVER, IT WAS AN OLDER CROWD. JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE MUSIC PLAYING AND LOUDER WHILE IN THE POOL. Ohh dear... by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in Cancun. It is very outdated. The lights on my dresser vanity burnt, it rained a lot and there was water coming out of the light bulbs on the ceiling, which is very unsafe and nonetheless caused a eletrical smoke on the hotel elevators. Huge safety hazard number 1. Hazard number 2: we were awake by staff literally banging the door( we thought it was police or something) asking us to go to lobby, so they didnt have a fire alarm or smoke detectors were not working. Hazard number 3: because of the rain the corridors and lobby were flooded with water and very very slippery for abt 3 days (i understand that after rain is ok to be like that, but 3 days after and still water and mess everywhere? Staff at the beach are really rude and u feel like u cant swim on their beach lol... very controlling environment. We were told werent allowed to swim on the beach before 9 am because they didnt have a life guard by then. The food: the site advertise 6 restaurants but they only have 3 ( punta vista, marie mari and asiana). The room: the disposition of the furniture is not very well thought, i got a bruise on my tight for bumping the bed stool every day. Very narrow arrangement, plus the jets on the bathtub didnt work. The Entertainment: jeez... what a joke. Never been more bored in my life. Im normally not a karen about hotels, but for 600$ a night, i was expecting at least good staff and better amenities. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT

The staff was incredible and attended.. only issue which was out if their control was an electrical fire which prevented elevators to work. But overall a great experience
