Absolutely awesome resort. Checked all our boxes and made it a great value for the money. Made our first trip to Cancun so memorable and also set a very high bar for our future. Property is kept in perfect condition. Pools are super clean. There are 2 beaches - one that is more private and has awesome views and another has excellent sand and waves. Food is good on an average and the restaurant ambience is exquisite. Room amenities, size and comfortable beds are what you would expect from a 5-star resort. Kids and adults activities all around the day makes the time run through quick. And dolphins are a surprising bonus.. Our room balcony overlooked the dolphin pool (and the ocean).

The staff is always very attentive and friendly we loved the restaurants food options, (Anna) our designated butler was fantastic and kept us informed of the daily activities and decorated our room with an anniversary theme. the daily room cleaning & re-stocking of snacks and drinks was top notch. our 5th time to this resort...We'll be back next year!
