I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and I would recommend it. I will also visit it again, which is important to note because I don’t like staying at the same place twice. Food was great. I figured the quality would not be the best because sometimes it is lacking at all inclusive resorts, but the quality was great!! Exceeded expectations! Friendly staff, easy check in (my room was not ready, but there was plenty to do while I waited). I wish there were more activities, but the hotel gives off a very relaxing vibe. I liked that people tried to save spots at the pool and go to breakfast and the hotel staff removed the towels of people who tried to do that. It gave everyone a chance to get a good spot. Drinks were not watered down either at any of the bars!

It was average. Lunch/Dinner was bland. Breakfast was great! Massage was great. If you just want to sit by the pool beach, this is the place for you. In my opinion, it was boring in terms of not having anything to do on the resort activity wise! Service by the pool for drinks/food was incredible! Didn’t feel like it was worth the money we paid being average. Will try another place next time we visit!

The staff at this resort is outstanding! Maggie and Arturo took great care of us during our stay! They were kind, thoughtful, and attentive to our every need! And Marco at the smoothie section is AMAZING!!! Seriously. This was my second visit and I highly recommend it! The price and value make this location an absolute steal!
