Beautiful pool & beach area. However the room was not as clean as I would have liked, restaurant food was not good, but the buffet had good options. Hotel didn’t have ac in common areas, and lots of mosquitoes in the hotel room at night although I always kept the balcony door closed. I give it 3 out of 5.

The room very old. The air conditioner turned off by itself. It didn't cool. The hair dryer didn't work. The paint on the ceiling was all over on the floor one morning.but love the escape room in the hotel and the food.

The Paradisus is an incredibly beautiful property on the inside and around the pools. The beach is pristine, the food is excellent, and the service is wonderful. My biggest complaint is that we paid for the reserve status, and there was no beach service. In fact, the lounge chairs, tables, and palapas were in very bad condition. Most of the palapas (natural umbrellas) were dug very, very short so that if you sat underneath of them, you could barely see the ocean. You had to bend down and crawl underneath. They only had a few tall ones. Most of the lounge chairs were damaged so that you could not adjust them. They just sort of hung out there waffling back-and-forth on your back. Some of the tables connected to the were damaged and broken in half. The beach itself is gorgeous. The water was beautiful, clear and turquoise and there was very little seaweed, but we were sad we didn’t get to enjoy it as much. The only decent option was to rent a daybed on the beach for an extra $255 for the day. Also, on the non-reserve side, people were getting drinks and snack service. On the premium reserve side we didn’t have anything. When you come to Mexico for the beaches, it’s super disappointing to pay a premium and not have that service or nice place to sit and enjoy it. It’s terrible resort the check in take one hour and half and the room not ready and we get the room at 4:30 pm and after all that found the AC not working on the room and after switching us to another room but have same A/C issue and no AC in the lobby also the building have leaking everywhere ,also they don’t have enough outdoor cabinets and you need to spend 250 $ to get one also the food taste very bad ,I am very disappointed me and my family about this resort

Food options were great! Our room was on the warm side - the AC didn’t put out cold air but otherwise the room was fine. The beach was clean & beautiful! We enjoyed our time at the resort!

Some staff were excellent and friendly, others weren’t so much. Had to call front desk constantly to ask for water in the room to be restocked and housekeeping in our room felt rushed Listed as a 5-Star property, however given the level of service it felt more like less Overall, they are understaffed so I understand the stress it puts on their team which affects the way they work and serve Still worth visiting if you need an affordable option in Cancun

Great resort. Wonderful beach and private beach access. Lots of entertainment and food access. Staffs were very helpful. Resort is clean and beautiful. Some restaurants have excellent food like Lemon Fish. Most restaurants are included in all inclusive. No reservation needed first come first serve. We rented a Scooty on our last 2 days and we were able to park it in the parking for free.

The staff were all super friendly. The resort overall beautiful. Rooms need updating. The food was good 3-4/5. The evening entertainment/shows were great. I would recommend for families.
