An absolutely incredible experience and the property upkeep is amazing. Beach is clean and raked daily. Plenty of beach chairs available and options for fun in the sun. The food options are a plenty and no question in their quality. Something for everyone to enjoy. Had an amazing time and the staff are so friendly, inviting and wanting to help you. All around a really good experience, highly recommend and would return again in the future.

The variety of pools was great. Afternoon entertainment at the party pool was well done and we enjoyed the quieter pool and "cold" pool as well. At the end of my stay I had a cockroach in my room - that wasn't pleasant. I would recommend the hotel!

RIU Palace Las Americas was amazing. From the 1st day checking in to our last day checking out was very pleasant. The staff was great especially Marlene at the breakfast and lunch buffet, and Adrian in the Japanese and French restaurant. The food was delicious, William the bartender at the beach and pool area took care of us every day. Overall it was an amazing 60th birthday celebration. I am looking forward to coming back very soon!

This resort was clean, beautiful and safe! Loved all the restaurants and dining options but would have liked better entertainment. This was our first time staying at this RIU and loved it as much as the Palace Peninsula. Would have been fantastic if it had bigger pools!

The staff and property were amazing! The beach was extremely clean and beautiful. The rooms were dated, but did seem to make up for it by everything else.

Safe batter died 2 times, leaving me with no cash and access to cards and toilet broke in the room and Jacuzzi was dirty.

The only thing I wish is that it had a bit more to do at night at the property. For those that didn't want to go in town. We all had a blast most of the staff was amazing. Also we tried to stay longer and the hotel didn't seem to want to work with us which was disappointing. But we would most likely return as it was so much fun. Transportation was very easy to work with as well.

Great resort. Lots of choice for food and if you like to walk, you can walk for a long time along the beach. The beach was quite nice too. Water was clean and you can see to the bottom. We would go back again.
