Excellent staff and excellent customer service, I have never been treated that well at a stay on vacation! Dining options were great, the bartenders made every drink to perfection and I never had to wait on a drink. Pool area was always clean, I would like to see the pool stay open past 8pm and the swim up bar should be accessible while still in the pool. Other than those two things I have no complaints

Wife and I stayed 6 nights. Property is a bit dated. Food was just average. Preferred Club lounge staff wasn’t very accommodating. Room was suppose to come with beach bag. Didn’t receive one till the last evening there after 5 visits to lounge letting girls know. The beach and water was by far the best thing we liked the most. Grill by main pool was pretty good and the buffet was okay. Oceana for preferred club was terrible. Overall rating is a 6/10 and that’s just because of the beach and water

The staff here is just amazing!! We didn’t have to worry about anything. They were friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. Their recommendations were so helpful… we ate at the restaurants they suggested and did many of the activities. Travel was always there for us.. amazing experience cannot wait to come back!

The resort was staff was very attentive and friendly. The food options were delicious. The activities at the pool area were always a great time and fun. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

Great honeymoon resort. Food and service the best I’ve seen in Cancun. Drinks and food are top self. Would not recommend romantic dinner on the beach for the price. Golf was great.

This property was truly amazing! The staff was so helpful! Moises was so informative and helpful! Mariella was amazing she did all the activities with us and always fun to be around! All the waitresses and waiters were all a pleasure! Definitely will be back to visit all the other sister resorts!

Perfect place to relax. Adults only keeps it fairly chill, though there was plenty of fun, events. Having access to Dreams is a fantastic addition. Totally recommend.
