No air conditioning in lobby Cero service I was in an executive room with butler and Inleft my earings in my room. I called them 2 hours after and nobody found them.

The property had excellent food. Especially the steak house. We wish we had better alcohol in our room. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Not as much to do at night but they did have some shows

The property was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable! The butler service for the preferred level was 5 star. Sean on the 27th floor went above and beyond all our expectations.
