The property was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable! The butler service for the preferred level was 5 star. Sean on the 27th floor went above and beyond all our expectations.

Stayed 29 September to October 5 in The preferred honeymoon oceanfront room on the 21st floor in room 2101. Check in was easy and straightforward. The property was great, the amenities for the preferred club members were great. Our Butler Sara were awesome And very attentive. Resort restaurants were nice with a good selection of food. Bluewater Grill being the top of the list. AmStar was amazing with coordinating excursions and transportation. They also handle transfer to the airport at the end of our stay. $52.00 USD for Private transport. Cons: Limited selection of food items for room service on the Tablet. Would suggest the ability to order from the Tablet direct from each restaurant the full menu. Aggressive sale tactics, condescending and belittling by sales manager for resort timeshare. Initial sales rep was friendly and informative. $7k for a down payment on silver package is something people may like the opportunity to plan for. Although we didn’t use the lobby for check-in, The Hotel lobby Air condition was not operable and caused significant heat In the downstairs areas. The Vine Café, which was listed as 24 hours was found not to be during our stay. 10:45pm visit we We’re told by the attendant that they were closed. Main pools and hot tub close earlier than expected preventing evening use. Resort markup prices on certain items is understandable but having bottles of wine that cost between $9 and $18 for $91 USD is a major markup.

The only downside was the room that was not ready by the check in time. Hotel is on newer side, wonderful pool at preferred level. Drinks and food were AMAZING! Restaurants are cute also. A little small beach, but i did not worry about that. I would recommend to get the preferred room, so you also get access to infinity pool and extra bar with premium drinks and snacks. Btw - our room was spotless and the view was breath taking. Overall very and very nice experience!!!

Even though I upgraded to VIP there was restricted access to some liquors, which was opposite to what I was told during the upgrade. Additionally, while having some drinks of Tequila, the hotel restricted the amount I could have arguing they had no more bottles forcing me to drink something else. Awful experience for such a VIP hotel

Ordor in certain parts of the hotel. The syaff was very nice. The housekeeping department was amazing. When we to breakfast at 9am and by the time we got back our room was cleaned

Resort was nice, staff very nice and helpful, very clean, easy to get around, pools and beach was great, food was average, wish most of the places stayed open longer and opened up sooner.only complaint I had was the AC other than that everything was great
