The room and property were excellent. Restaurant staff exceptional, especially at La Peña and DaVinci! We did get an excellent room upgrade but did not get the vip bottle of wine. We wanted to bring the whole family to the property on paid day passes, but someone from front desk called and said we could only have 2 people on a day pass. We were told after the fact that we could have had more, so that was a bit confusing and disappointing. Overall, great stay

Great time there! Food at La Pina and La Vista was excellent. Buffet was a buffet with lots of choices- nothing spectacular. The taco place had great tacos for lunch. Only thing is dancing at 11pm??? We could never stay awake that long. Why can’t it start much earlier in the lobby?!?!?

Nice resort. The only complaints are cleaning the rooms better and the way they serve lunch around the pool area. They have a designated place that you have to sit before they serve you, but people occupy those areas with their belongings. The resort should enforce that those areas are freed up so people can sit to eat. Or they should serve you at your pool chairs

If you are looking into the villas, they are very far from the ocean, unlike promoted on Expedia. The lunch choices are very limited, no buffet is offered. The service by the pool is very poor, limited staff available to take and deliver orders, and the portions served are very small. If you find someone to help you, you have to wait over 30 minutes to get your orders. Not very convenient for families with children. We have been to Cancun over 15 times and we have never had this experience. We will not be returning to this resort and we definitely not recommend it to large families.

This was my first experience at an all inclusive resort and it was so much fun. The food was okay I really liked the steakhouse and my daughter liked the Italian food place. I will say there was some issues with our room. The roof in the bathroom was leaking water and it would drop on us as we used the toilet. I asked them to take a look at it and I’m not sure what they did because it continued to leak but we were gone so much that it didn’t really bother us. Also there was mold on the ceiling and I think it was because of the water leaking. There was mold on the chairs in the patio as well. The staff was very friendly but make sure you tip or you will wait forever for your service. All in all we had a lot of fun but they need to definitely do some serious maintenance on the property.

Once again, this resort treated us like family. It was great seeing familiar faces among the staff who recognized us from our prior visit months ago. Victor and Berlin at the beach breakfast restaurant were absolutely amazing. We also had a great time with Francisco at the sushi bar and Sergio in the lobby bar. The nightly entertainment was fun and the beach was relaxing and beautiful. Will absolutely visit again soon.

Extremely upset and disappointed with the staff and their attention to details. Called for help so many times but each time our request was not met. Simple request like towels, clean rooms or toilet clogged. We had to change rooms as it was 3 hrs with No help for clogged toilet. Many other examples I have, and I tried communicating with front desk and cal But nothing changed. Will not be back. 4 rooms total such a loss

Sadly I do not like to put in a review but after contacting with the Hotel tried to take all the actions in House and still their service was very very disappointing so I am arched to put on a review. We had issues from start to the end check unresponsive staff amenities food options, etc. whenever we ask for something they never came and we had to call front desk or 3 to 4 times and still they failed to provide the basic service such as cleaning or giving us extra plates or towels. A lot of other things happened during the day with four of our rooms, but the main issue was the food options and the lack of service that you expect.
