Checkin went smoothly, representative was welcoming and friendly; room was quiet and well maintained; the next morning, had to wait at checkout desk about 5 minutes - no one was there and I needed to check out around 6 AM; there was a sign saying someone would be back shortly - a nice gentleman then came and checked me out but I think a little bell at the desk would be good for guests to signal the employees that they are there

Not anything major was wrong, just a bunch of little things...tried to charge us a parking fee (not stated when originally booked), in an adjoining room next to loud families with kids (the door did not keep any sounds out), huge hole behind the toilet, terrible configuration of the room (*wasted space, no counter space), no soap provided
