The Carlsbad Westin is in a beautiful location. It has a gorgeous pool area to relax by during the day and is quiet and peaceful for those that are not traveling with children.

The bellman/ valet is completely useless. They didnā€™t even acknowledge that we arrived and when we asked for a luggage rack, he said no! Then when we asked for his help, he came and dropped a luggage rack to us . Wowā€¦ Once we complained, they were ready to smile and acknowledge us. Sad. We wonā€™t be staying here again.
