Comfortable one night stay
We wanted a cheaper option for an overnight stay on the ride home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Second floor. Towels and shower curtain were clean but worn and definitely need replacing. There is an elevator. We didn’t look at the breakfast stuff because Cracker Barrel is right next to the hotel. The front desk check in was easy and the hotel clerk was very nice and gracious. Also super noce in the morning at check out.

The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired..I paid for my room in full and then was asked for an additional $100 deposit if they needed that they should state that in price when room is being reserved/paid for. After our first night I went to front desk and asked if they could Make sure we had fresh towels and could someone sweep room, this was at 7:35 am….when we returned at 5pm nothing had been done to the room. Trash was still there and beds still not made up no new towels etc. For $153 a night I would think housekeeping would at least show up, especially since I specifically asked for them to service the room.

Breakfast included, but no lunch was served!! We were told the times the day before, but 1 apple and 1 muffin in a bag were offered, nothing like the photos provided of a full breakfast! Petit déjeuner supposément inclus, mais aucun déjeuner n'a été offert le lendemain. À notre arrivée, on nous a bien indiqué les heures de services: 6-9h. You pay for a hotel that says on there list of being good well I'm sorry you pay big money that has no binches and no real breakfast for people to eat in the mornings like it says on there listings. All they have for breakfast is coffee applies and muffins and oranges that's it oh and coffee. But you pay big money to stay at a hotel that has poor info on there stuff here at super 8

the bathroom plug did not work and I was extremely disappointed by the "breakfast" which was only coffee, a few small individually wrapped blueberry muffins and a bowl of apples. Not what comes to mind when the listing says, "breakfast"

NO ROOM CLEANING! NO TOWELS! NO BREAKFAST! We use Super 8 a lot. It’s one of our two favorite chains because of their hot breakfast. I’m hoping to keep this short: we stayed four nights, our room was never cleaned. We complained at the front desk. Their English is very bad. Because the room was never cleaned we had to ask for towels every night. The woman said I had to put the old towels outside to get new ones. That’s when I lost it! “IF YOU CLEANED THE ROOM YOU WOULD KNOW THAT WE NEEDED TOWELS!!!” BREAKFAST: Breakfast wasn’t even a continental breakfast! I took a pic and will post whenever I can. “Breakfast” consists of coffee, some oranges, a couple of apples, and on two days some muffins. That’s it! The front desk told me it was because of the virus. I replied that Covid was over, all my family lived here and the WAS NO virus! That’s B.S.! One more thing: There are people working behind the front desk that need to take showers!!! Disgusting smell!
