Overall, it was not a horrible experience.
I will say that we had an issue with our AC when we first got into our room. My boyfriend called & notified the front desk. They sent someone up who ultimately told us that heat rises & there was nothing he could do. When asked if we could switch rooms he told us there were none available. I called the front desk again to let them know that there was in fact a problem with our AC & it wasn’t just because heat rises…………
Anyways, the lovely gentleman (I believe his name was Ulysses - sorry if I’m wrong) asked if we wanted to switch rooms to which we absolutely said yes. But we also thought it was weird considering we had just been told there were none available. He came up right away to give us our keys.
Our other rooms AC was working at max capacity & you could feel the difference.
The cleanliness was subpar. I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I was pretty disappointed to find someone else’s hair in our box of tissues & in our bathtub.
The pool was great. Pool bar was great. We had no complaints there.
I would stay here again, for sure. For the price, you can’t beat it. But I do hope that there will be a bit more focus on maintenance training & more focus on cleanliness.
