Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses.

Convenient location, seemed a bit paranoid re neighbors' reactions. we had no problems, parking was adequate for at least 4 cars out front. Pots & pans were well used, but seemed clean. VERY hot the week we were here but the AC worked great.

A Must Stay in Chico
This property was amazing!! I have nothing bad to say except I wish I had an excuse to stay longer. Bedrooms were comfortable, living area and kitchen were a great place to talk and catch up, and if wasn’t for the rain, we would have spent time in the fantastic backyard. Great Place for Friends and Families!
Cute, updated, and comfortable place for we six girlfriends to stay! Plenty of beds with comfortable mattresses and plenty of towels too! We enjoyed the location! Close to downtown and Bidwell Park! We would recommend staying here to any group of friends or families!

Perfect for families!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the layout perfect, with the big kitchen/living/dining area and our infants loved roaming around on the upstairs bean bags. The house was thoroughly clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We were walking distance from parks and downtown. When staying in Chico, it meets the needs for families.

This house was fantastic for our family gathering!! Would book again in a heartbeat!
We had a great time…the layout of the house and backyard space was incredible for our crew ranging in age from 17mo. to 68. Stocked with games for all ages, and a beautiful kitchen, dining and LR that made whole group hangouts perfect!! We may be back up in Chico again, and if we are we’ll book this house again, no question. Our hosts were great! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed the space! No complaints, everything worked as described, no issues with any funcion of the home. Very comfy beds and the kitchen was pretty well stocked :) the open floorplan of the LR and kitchen was nice for watching TV while cooking, and there was plenty of space for us to have privacy as a group of 4 staying there for a work trip. Also, great communication from the host :)

Chico family weekend
This house was perfect for our large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms worked out just right for everyone. We had fun playing in the spacious backyard with our Grandkids. We would definitely recommend this house if you are going to visit Chico.

This house was perfectly spacious for our 6 person group. Mattresses were all very comfortable with soft, smooth sheets. Additional fluffy white bath towels, blankets, kitchen towels, pillows, and other linens were available. The kitchen had enough plates, cups, and silverware for us. Salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, and tea, were available. The provided Teflon cookware is adequate for smaller groups – larger or more intricate meals may need some creativity. Anthony and Ava gave quick, friendly responses as needed and have addressed items pointed out in earlier reviews. I would definitely book this property again – plus was asked for the listing by several other out of town relatives who stopped by.

The best VRBO home we have stayed in!
This beautiful home from the moment we walked in was spectacular. Even better than what we could have imagined. It was clean, decorated so nicely and had great amenities. I rented the home for my daughters graduation from the Butte Fire academy so our family could be together to celebrate! The owners Anthony and Ava were fantastic to work with. Always gracious and responsive. If we have another reason to head to Chico, I know where we will be staying. Fantastic home!

We stayed just one night, but the common area was big enough for our 14-person group, including children. A couple of the girls crashed on the floor upstairs in sleeping bags and we did not use the fold-out beds in the living room. Communication with the host was efficient and clear.
