Chose this location for the 24hr Airport Shuttle service which was perfect. Coming in after midnight and leaving before 4am they were on time and driver was pleasant. The front desk staff were always available and helpful. Best part of the stay was the most Wonderfully Comfortable BEDS, Pillows and Linens. (now i have to go buy myself a new bed lol) The onsite Restaurant was convenient as well.

On arrival there was a number of clumps of black hair around the bath tub (some curly!). There was a white powder on the bathroom floor (I hope it was talc!). The next day I went to fill the ice bucket. When I took the top off the ice bucket it was full of dirty toilet paper and an empty coffee cup! I took this to reception who took it off me stating they would show the manager and get them to call me. A week later still awaiting the call. ( even after phoning the hotel a day after checkout) Again on arrival I tried hard wiring my laptop to the internet for stable connection to use for a zoom meeting. There was no connection. When I asked reception if hard wired internet was available they did not know or understand what I was talking about. They sent somebody to my room to try and fix it. On their arrival they did not understand what I was talking about by hard wiring my laptop to the internet. even though I was showing them my network cable plugged into the network socket on the wall) They kept trying to explain how to connect to wifi. They also phoned the maintenance person and again there was no understanding of "Hard wiring my computer" to the internet. I'm not sure if this was an understanding of internet technology or a language barrier. Probably both. It would appear there is only the bar person at this hotel that has English as a first language. Overall a nice place almost clean. Customer service and cleanliness really let it down. DISAPPOINTING (2nd stay)
