What I had an issue with was I checked in at 2:00 pm asked for a microwave didn’t receive it until 8:00 pm . Also Westin add all these charges to your card, Hotel is very clean and neat . Will stay again,

Property was close to everything. Close to shopping restaurants and bars. Front desk staff did not seem welcoming upon check in. I’ve stayed at the Westin hotels in other areas before and never had an unwelcoming experience. We booked a balcony room but was told that it was the loud side of the hotel. Since my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary we decided to go with the room without the balcony just to realize it was not quiet it was also loud.

The side of the hotel facing Waterway Square Pl can be loud at night. I wish I would have brought ear plugs. Other than that, the stay was fantastic.
