The property is having renovation work happening . It was extremely hard to sleep in with all the banging etc . We were not notified of this and given no discount . Allot of the hotel was baracaded off. We went for a meal in the first restraunt as u walk in . Waited 12 minutes for them to finally finish off their 5 staff members gossiping . Then seated and again had to wait for our drink order . There was no one else waiting to be served !! Our meals were great and the older gentleman in all black who served them was amazing . But then we waited and waited for another drink order and ended up giving up because no one wanted to serve us . Very very disappointed in the staff and the hotel :( I often stay in Hilton hotels around the world and this one is very unsavoury to all the rest .

A great spot next to a large variety of restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. Not only that but its in walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. The only con i have that every other Hotel ive been to they dont cheap out on water and will give you 2 bottles each day unlike the hilton that offers you 2 bottles for the first night and $5 for any additional bottles during your stay also breakfast was extremely expensive for the quality and quantity

Upon check in, was told we could check-in early for $25.00 or wait until 2:00. Ice machine out of order. Room door was all scuffed up and putty showing on ceiling. Pool view was right outside our window (privacy issue). Cold water only on final night!!! Microwave $50? Free at other Hilton. Furniture needs updating.

Pretty good

Good value. About a mile from the Disneyland entrance or Downtown Disney. Easy walk to and from. On the downside, the room carpeting felt gross and dirty. I appreciate the newer hotels that are transitioning away from carpeting in the rooms.

The rooms were clean and the daily cleaning staff were very good. However, the room's safe did not work resulting in us having to change rooms and on the second evening of our stay the hot water went out (it was back the next morning). Finally, on the floor above us they were doing some kind of renovation which resulted in an annoying construction sound each afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful. If you get a chance to try the creme brûlée in the lobby bar, HIGHLY recommend…it was DELICIOUS!! Would stay here again!

No hot water the first day. Door knob broken but they did credit us $50 for the hot water issue. Big hotel but quiet.

This is a very old property. The cleaning crew did a great job, however due to how old this place is it’s nearly impossible to keep it nice and tidy. Additionally they charge $5 for the bottle of water in the room, and the vending machines on the floor was always empty. You could purchase a soda but water was a struggle. For a Hilton hotels it was the most disappointing stay.

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The wallpaper had air bubbles and was peeling at the edges. The carpet looked dirty, and the sliding glass door handle was barely hanging on—one tug, and it would have come off. The doorway panels were also peeling, and the bathroom sealants were grimy and coming apart. My room was full of mosquitos, and I had to request a room change. After returning from Disneyland around 10:30 PM, there was no hot water for a shower, even after waiting for 10 minutes. On the positive side, housekeeping was kind enough to lay out a small towel with our toothbrushes and toothpaste while we were out. However, the overall condition of the hallway and the room left me feeling uncomfortable and unclean throughout the entire stay.
