Room condition was not worth the $500 a night. Fridge didn’t work. Bathroom had a sliding door, not much privacy. View was the wall. Very old room.

Just because they are under construction. Our room smelt as if it had it been used in a long while and it was musty like a smoker had been in the room. We had to sleep with cold fan on to kill the smell.

The tub didn’t drain. The wall by the toilet looked like it was a rusty frame of a car that spend 25 winters in Michigan but it was drywall so… go figure. The room was obnoxiously hot and the thermostat wouldn’t do what I asked it to do. The front desk had attitude when I told them the app made me go see them despite doing all the online check in stuff. Just annoying. The lady who checked me out this morning was great and friendly and helpful. Parking costs too much. The hotel is under construction in the lobby but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything to improve the rooms.

Well, in spite of the hotel being good overall, Chuck at the guest services desk was extremely passive aggressive towards us. People like him should never work with the customers!

Property seems old and dated. Lots of construction hopefully trying to bring this old property up to date. Conveniently located near Disney but I expected much more for how much we paid.

Vents were gross, tubs were chippy… paid for rooms with pool views, however was placed in rooms with balconies that were experiencing active construction. Couldn’t open blinds r/t construction and awakened by construction noises.

Rooms very quiet until the next morning when we woke up to construction workers grinding on concrete at 7am right below our window. Had no choice but to wake up early after waking over 12 hours at Disneyland.

I was literally shocked at the state of the hotel. I al almost cried when I saw the “Deluxe” king with balcony. I can only describe it as beaten-up, worn out, outdated, sad, dilapidated. Appalling for a Hilton. I had reserved two rooms at a.non-refundable rate of $400 each for 2 nights. Total of around $800 with taxes for 2 nights. Bathroom was horrible. The door wouldn't close properly. Furniture worn and scratched. No minibar. 2 bottles of water available for $5. What on earth was this? The carpet in the hall smelled like mildew. It was all under construction, The “restaurant and bar” was in a banquet room with spotlights for ambiance. I was so embarrassed that I put family in the other room. Embarrassed at a Hilton! Only saving grace. The staff were excellent. So helpful. Breakfast was fast. Service again great. I would like the manager to call me and explain why I shouldn’t be entitled to a refund. I didn’t say a word, except “sorry” to my partner this was a birthday trip to Disney). And apologized to my other guests.

Will be nice once construction is complete
It wasn’t disclosed that construction was being done in the hotel when booking… we were not able to enjoy any of the amenities restaurants bars lobby coffee shop because the noise was unbearable. On a positive note, our room in the 9th floor was quiet no construction noise was heard and was clean and comfortable. Won’t stay again during construction but will when it’s all done.
