This was a hotel that stood out on our trip from Manitoba to The Island this year. Beautiful Suite, properly stocked for more than two people and the hot tub was just what my tired soul needed after a long day. Staff were kind and had genuine interactions with my Grand daughter and us when ever we passed in the building. A experience 10/10 would do again!

I loved the pool sooooo much cause I ❤️ water/ swimming! We did have an issue with the toilet as it blocked a few times but overall I would recommend it! From the Granthams kid!

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Facility is well equipped and well thought out. The area around the hotel is fairly “inner city” however if you have a car this isn’t too much of an issue. Small airplanes fly by regularly due to proximity to the courtenay air park , which could be a pro or con depending on what interests you. We thought it was kind of cool to be swimming while smalls planes zip by so close.

Nice accommodations; bedroom suite was a bonus. Was not please with room being right beside pool. Swimmers were right up against the building right in front of living room window. Not pleasant sitting on small balcony with swimmers right there.
