Overall good experience except with the check in. When we arrived and found out our balcony would be overlooking the highway I asked if there was something similar on the other side (quieter). I was told they did but the balcony was smaller and could only seat 2 people. I was fine with that since only 2 of us would be using it anyways. Turns out the balcony is tiny and can only seat 1 (and there’s just 1 chair). I went back and they didn’t have the original room available. I found out that the room was a downgrade so figured at least we’d be saving some money but the hotel said they were unable to reimburse us the difference. Otherwise the hotel was great, awesome pool, clean, good breakfast.

Overall this property was really nice! The check-in clerk was okay but not friendly. Our room was clean and spacious but my partner was disappointed that there was only one lounge chair on balconey. The pool and hot tub area had a nice ambience but hot tub was cold like old bath water temperature. We really liked the glass elevator too. The free breakfast was amazing, please keep that perk going. We would stay here again.

Overall a comfortable stay. Pool and hot tub area is nice. Disappointed the restaurant/bar next door was closed the Monday we were there. I get it's Monday but it is July! Appreciated the hotel reaching out and offering to make arrangements to return a forgotten item.

Staff were very friendly, room was quite nice & the beds were extremely comfortable! Great dining options in the pub. Our breakfast was included and was delicious! Bonus points for having an in-house liquor store that had a great selection!

Fabulous stay. Great quality beds, white linens and duvets. Unique lay out for pool area. Especailly noticed how clean and fresh the room was for a pet friendly room. I enjoyed the high ceilings being tall myself.
