This was an excellent hotel from the kind and helpful staff to the great food to the convenience of accessing many things and it was off the road in a quiet area. This is one of our favourite hotels that we have ever stayed at.

This is thw second time ive stayed here and i will continually stay here every time i am in Hoi An. The rooms are very big, the beds are comfortable, the balconies offer a bit of outside feel and the staff are absolutely exceptional.

I can’t not say enough how great all of the staff we encountered was. Friendly and helpful. The bellman “ Brian” took us around town on his day off to do some photography. He was AMAZING… My wife had also amazing experience with Nana from the Spa… Great Service.. and everyone else in the front desk…Hotel was clean, convenient location walking distance to the old town. Highly recommended.

It was our first time in Hoi An, and I am glad we picked the Allegro Hoi An to be our base. The staff was communicative even before we arrived at the hotel. They even decorated our room and gifted us a cake to celebrate our 12th anniversary. The Allegro was within walking distance to the shops and dining in the Old Town. Breakfast was complimentary, offered a nice selection of food. We would stay at the Allegro for our next stay in Hoi An.

A true hidden gem! Everything right from the moment we walked in was perfect. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond ensuring we weren't short of anything during our stay (special mention to Tapie and Jack)! Breakfast was filled with local and continental delights - their Vietnamese coffee is a must! This gorgeous hotel is located approx 5 to 7min walk to Hoi An ancient town and in close proximity to massages, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Overall an incredibly enjoyable and delightful stay!
