Through the photos I saw, I didn’t expect it’s beside shopping strips and walkable restaurants. I love the pet treatment. The staffs are attentive and nice. Rooms are cozy and quiet. Will definitely come back again.

**Exceptional Service at Hilton Southlake Town Square** I recently stayed at the Hilton Southlake Town Square on 9/6/24, and I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service provided by Joe. From the moment we arrived, Joe went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. Joe's professionalism, coupled with his friendly demeanor, truly made a difference in our experience. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring our room was perfect, Joe's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. His attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way possible was impressive. He turned what could have been a standard hotel stay into a memorable experience. We could not stay at this hotel. The power went out in the area and the rooms were pitch black and no AC. We asked if we could get a refund and they said yes, but 3 call later. I get the I’ll have to get back with you answer.

The hotel is wonderful and we have stayed many times. The problem this time was that the entire hotel was out of electricity for several hours. Of course this was not the fault of the hotel; however, it certainly taints your visit. Other than that we love the hotel.
