We arrived but had to get ready to go out as we were running late . Our room was hot as AC did not seemed to be working and control panel was confusing so luckily there was no hot water so had to have a cold one as we didn’t have time to wait for the situation to be resolved. Half glass full but still tad annoying

I enjoyed my 5 nights in a club access room within the hotel. The club room was excellent and the food was lovely. The condition of the room, bathroom was not 5 star. bathroom was very small with mould in the silicone, not much storage for clothes. But the bed was comfy, great for after having a big day out and about, had a great night sleep! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Great place, really nice to have a balcony room looking over Darling Harbour. Breakfast wasn’t great but not bad. Loved the roof bar, such a nice area to watch the sun set.

Beautiful property. Our stay started out really well and the staff were very accommodating. On our last day however our room was not serviced. We were out of our room for 7.5hrs and had made sure the occupied sign was in the room. We returned at 7:30pm to find our room was not serviced. I called reception and was spoken to in a very abrupt manner. Asked if the sign to not enter was on the door. I replied no. I was told the cleaning staff went home at 6pm. I asked what we were supposed to do and they just kept repeating that there were no cleaning staff. Eventually they offered to bring up towels. We had no amenities left and no toilet paper. I had to call again to directly request these. I was made to feel as though i was putting them out. My usual experience in a 5 star hotel if their staff have not cleaned the room would be to be offered a drink while the situation was remedied. When you pay for 5 star accommodation you at least expect toilet paper to be replaced without being made to feel you are creating an imposition on the hotel that advertises daily servicing. On check out i informed staff and was told a manager would be informed. That was 14 hours ago and I have heard nothing. A very miserable ending to what would otherwise have been an amazing stay. I think the Hyatt needs to ensure that their supposed 5 star standards are being maintained...

Pros - excellent staff. Great view over Darling Harbour. Very tasty food in the Club Lounge. Location handy to everything. Cons - rooms adjacent to the lift area are noisy. We had door lock and keycard issues. Overall a great hotel - we’ll come again.

The staff were very friendly and upbeat at check in and at the bar. On check out it was the same. The balcony room with a view was good but noticed no bin liners in bins. On a side note for others looking for parking, do yourself a favour and pre pay it’s far cheaper… $60 for one night staff at the Wilson parking directly across the road is expensive. I rang Hyatt the day before we arrived and asked about parking and was told to check in and then parking voucher will be provided. Unfortunately we still paid $60 with $5 off but we decided not to bother with the discount. Pre pay all the way.

Thouroughly enjoyed my one night stay at the Hyatt, the room was clean and tidy. The room was quiet and had no issue with outside noise. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was that I had to pay for a bottle of water!!!
