It was my first time visiting Taiwan and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to me so I thought to take their advice, and easily it was the best decision! Very easily accessible and when I arrived at check-in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, one of the receptionists (I'm sorry I can't quite remember her name) was very kind to escort me to the elevators and give me a brief explanation of the hotel's facilities and especially the Spa on the top floor that was great to use on my last night! Wonderful stay with excellent and friendly staff!
