Very nice hotel. The staff is super nice & welcoming. As well as the valet workers. Only negative thing was trying to order room service at about 12:05am & we were told it stopped at midnight. Even though their tv directory for in room dining says it’s offered til 1am on Thursday. And a staff member who brought ice to our room also told us it was served till 1am.

Overall the hotel was fantastic! Loved the rooms and the experience of check in and valet was great. Awesome location to Ford Field as well and dining options. Only flaw I would say was breakfast. The staff were quiet slow and seemed frustrated by simple requests like a coffee top up or ketchup. Not sure what was going on but did not encourage me to eat at the restaurant for other occasions.

The hotel is in a great area of downtown Detroit. There are many shops, bars, and restaurants that are walkable. There is a lot to do and see. Very safe and clean atmosphere. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing. Great view of the area and still pretty new. Plan on using the valet to park unless you want to walk from a parking garage.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and was disappointed this time. I always found their standards to above alot of other hotels, and this time I felt that the furniture was tired, the bed was uncomfortable, and the hotel was super noisy. I asked to be upgraded to another room because my room was small and they were hesitant to accommodate. I probably won't stay there again.

This was an exceptional hotel stay. The property is stunning. Loved every detail…the art the architecture…beautiful. The staff was also wonderful. My room was jaw dropping! Floor to ceiling windows corner location. Truly memorable. Great location. Highly recommend
