The check in person was very rude, not a great start of a weary day of traveling. I would most likely not stay here again unless I had to. Also were charge $8 for an extra blanket. We were also told by the buffet server that breakfast was included with our stay but then was charged $150 for the breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly located walking distance from the Commins, Back Bay, Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market. The rooms are spacious, and the table/desk is ingenious. Staff was helpful, and the morning coffee excellent. We loved our two nights there.

Wonderful Girls’ Weekend.

The hotel was convenient to walk around Boston. It might be helpful to have explanations about the Charlie Card, how to purchase, cost of a trip, etc, and paper map of the subways. maybe a list of nearby restaurants would be helpful too.

This was a great place to stay with my kids. It was near by everything we toured in Boston and so close to two T stations which were so easy to use and get to further places. Hotel was nice and clean. Air conditioner seemed to work mostly? but never reached it’s temperature point

The concierge was wonderful! Helpful, witty, and took great care of us and our materials. They layout of needing to take one elevator from ground access to the lobby to take another elevator to our room was a tad cumbersome.
