We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were able to get a room when we arrived early at 11 am which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfy. ALL the staff were very friendly! Every staff member we met in the halls greeted us and wished us a nice stay. The location was perfect for walking around.

The hotel was good overall. The shower head was very low and I had to bend down a bit or lean back. The presssure of the water wasn’t strong. But overall it was a good hotel.

Great place and we’d like to go back. However, there was one weird thing: only scalding hot water would come out of the bathroom faucet. Upon investigating I found that the cold water had been turned off under the sink and that the faucet was broken—if the cold water wasn’t turned off at the source it would just continuously run. I told the front desk and they offered to change our room (downgrade it, since they were pretty full) but we had settled in with our two dogs and it was only for one night, so it seemed silly to move. They did give us a voucher for breakfast the next day (it is not included with the price) which was pretty lousy. I found the whole thing a bit weird. BUT as I said, it was nice, modern, very clean and had a fantastic pool and jacuzzi. And the price was really right. So we’d go back and assume we could get cold water out of the tap this time around. (I won’t spring for the breakfast , though!)

Delta hotel is my preferred place stay when in Saint John. The only reason a have it an average review is the fact that the maid came a 8:00am knocking at my door the clean my room and she woke me up. Checkout is at 11:00 no need to have them come at 8:00 am.
