For an older property, it is extremely well maintained. And we thought it was a great change to the more modern stays we’ve had. No complaints at all! Flowers in the gardens and hanging baskets really looked great and healthy!

Our room was not like the photo's on the website, paint peeling and holes in the wall, floor tiles lifting, room number written on the key with a felt marker, window screen pushed out, air conditioner rattled badly, hair dryer died during use, people smoking on the premises. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the location is great but for the price I can't recommend it.

The staff and owners take good care of the rooms, the facilities and their guests. I have stayed there twice in the last month and I’m sure I’ll stay there again even if I have to go out of my way. It’s good value for money, as well as being very enjoyable and right by the water .

Cute inn by the bay
Great little inn. Family of 4 staying in a double queen suite. Was surprised at how clean the room was for an older inn. Was very impressed with the comfort we had there. Staff was great. Location was beautiful. Would have loved to spend more time there.

We stayed for one night only. The room was clean and our balcony faces the lake. That was just so beautiful -it made us forget to check whether this facility has any amenities or the fact that the the AC vent filter hasn't been cleaned out for months or how some of the bed lamps don't work. The Indian gentleman checking us in lived on the property and he was very quick to help with our blocked toilet.

Great place, very clean and good value, older hotel, but they were doing renos, and upgrades during our stay ( which didn’t impact us in any way) front desk was very kind any helpful, as well as the cleaning staff. The hotel was right across from the ocean, in the middle of cute and quaint little Cowichan bay. Would definitely stay again.
