The apartment was very clean, but it is advertised as suitable for three adults, as there is a sofa bed. However the bathroom is off the bedroom so the only privacy I had, as the person on the sofa, was a toilet cubicle. I couldn't have a shower when anyone was in the bedroom and the bathroom door was glass. I had to use the toilet cubicle to get dressed, put on makeup and do my hair. Extremely disappointing given the very high cost. Would have been better going to a very nice hotel and booking two rooms.

"Fantastic stay, we were upgraded to a. Junior suite with amazing views of the Matterhorn. Bed was very comfortable and room was great. The pool and spa facilities were a lovely way to spend the evening. Highly recommend"

"Great breakfast buffet. Room was ok, but maintenance of details was not great. Curtain was hanging loose. Shower shampoo dispenser dis not work well. Pool table in play area was very worn out, and sticks were unusable. Staff service was barely cordial. I found it very expensive for what it is..."
