Rooms reflect more of a motel feel than anything. Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke, carpeting seems to have absorbed smells and rooms have a musty, moldy smell. Don't understand the reason to charge $50 for a security/cleaning deposit if the rooms will be in the condition they are. Rooms were switched and experience was the same both on 7th and 9th floors. First and last time booking a Crowne Plaza property.

I was unhappy about there being only one working elevator during my stay. I would have used the stairs but my room was on the 7th floor. I also felt that the bathroom needed some renovations, e.g. peeling wallpaper. We were looking for information/brochures in the room that would give us some dining options in the area.

The room and hotel were fine. The elevator was extremely slow due to the fact only one of two elevators was working during our entire week stay. I was also expecting more from the pool area. Just boring and at one point my daughter and I were alone in the pool with four men. It would have been nice for some from staff to make an appearance. I’m sure security could see on camera we were alone. I also think they were low on pool towels.
