Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The views of the ocean were wonderful. However, the beds were just okay and the décor was average - a lot of mirrors on the wall. They are still not servicing the rooms everyday, so we ran out of toilet paper, tissue paper and towels on night one. I'd give it three out of 5 stars. Stay for the view.

I booked this hotel thinking Oceanfront, for 2 nights and really excited to have the restaurant there. Especially open on Thanksgiving. The staff was rather unenthusiastic, and the hotel lobby quite plain. The room appeared fine. When I went to dinner, there was someone cursing and throwing a fit in the kitchen about how they didn't know how to cook, and they were ready to walk out. I left to find dinner elsewhere and when I came back the guests were complaining about not having any place to eat or do things. I was feeling rather uncomfortable being there. So the next morning I went to shower I found out that my shower had not been cleaned from the last person's uses. There was long hairs just everywhere all in the shower. It was so gross. I went to dry my hair and the dryer simply would not work. I went down to the desk and there was no one there. So I tried calling the desk without anybody trying to answer the phone. At this point I enlisted hotels.com help to leave this place because there's simply no staff and no a help and not working facility that's unclean. Even hotels.com couldn't get ahold of them Via phone and they weren't responded to via email. I tried to turn in my keys at the front desk where the girl finally was there and gave me a number to the manager who never responded to my phone call. This is the worst experience I've had from a hotels.com booking. Makes me wary of using hotels.com. And I definitely would never return to this hotel.

I was switched into three separate rooms, the first two were absolutely horribly dirty and had a funny smell! I was as charged an additional charge to switch to a clean room! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not recommend for anyone to stay! Looks at the pictures there was bread under the heater that was hard as a rock!!

Location was amazing. Restaurant is good. The staff heard we were on a road trip and even asked if we needed TP or a garbage bag. How nice is that?! We have stayed here a couple times now and love it. Its not "luxury" but it is co.fortable and the view is amazing.

The location of the hotel is highly desirable, offering a picturesque view of the ocean. However, the hotel itself is in need of renovation, as the furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The bed and memory foam mattress are in good condition, but the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite these shortcomings, the price of the hotel is relatively low, likely due to the minimal amenities and cleaning services provided. During our stay of a couple nights, our room was not cleaned and fresh towels were not provided, although it is possible that these services could be requested.

We rented an "Oceanfront Balcony Jetted Tub Double Queen Family Suite". Nothing in our suite worked. I have pics of everything. They charged my card without telling me pool and hot tub were in maintenance. I had to tell my 6 yo granddaughter no pool. Ah but there was a jetted tub we tried and then I had to tell her that didn't work either. Those were the reasons I chose this hotel. The suite is advertised with jetted tub but the seal was completely ruined so would not hold water for a bath. The coffee pot was broken. There was dried ketchup on the back of the coffee pot. My sister found popcorn around the room, under the beds and microwave.The toilet leaked. The curtains did not fit the windows and they were not "Hotel" curtains. They did not have the blackout. The curtains were, no exaggeration, about 10-12" too short in width and the sheer was ridiculous as it didn't fit half the window and had holes. When I complained about the pool/hottub, desk employee called manager and they did nothing for me. No discount and really no apology. This truly was the worst hotel we've ever been to

Great location, good restaurant, Seaquake brewery 2 blocks away, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Hotel needs a little TLC but was clean and good deal for the price. Wonderful vistas, I love the rough rocky coastline and the tidepools, if you want flat sandy beach there's a huge one south of it just on the other side of the marina.

We had a great view from our room and enjoyed our stay there. In my opinion, the hotel was in need of renovation and up dating. That didnt take away from our overal experience. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends.

There was poop sprayed in the toilet upon ariving, stains in the sheets and pillow cases, the shampoo, conditoner, and body wash they had was moldy and smelled like rotton eggs and mold.
