The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the property needs a major facelift, especially in the rooms. Not a lot of options in the area so they can get away with charging a lot per night.

There were white stains on our curtains. The beds are as hard as concrete. The refrigerator didn’t shut. There were ants in our bathroom and our bed area. The hairdryer plug had been on fire at one point or another. When you walked in the handicap door does not work and the wall paper is all falling down. There is no elevator for handicap customers either.

Hotel was out dated. Had a suite that overlooked marina but there was a function going on with a band that didn’t stop playing till midnight. Also couch was in the middle of the room and tv was at couch level and couldn’t really see it from the bed.

Property was like putting lipstick on a pig. Start off shower drainis held on by caulking, water leak above gym door, the pool door was broken so had to get an employee everytime to use it. No cable tv in my room. Barley any of the staff spoke english. They use to have a good seafood restaurant now an indian place. Use to stay there all the time but never again

Avoid this hotel
This hotel is terrible. The non-smoking rooms reek of cigarette smoke. The front desk pulls a scam— when you arrive they tell you the lower room rate is the handicap rate, and there really isn’t a shower. If you want to have a regular room with shower than you must pay more. I have stayed two separate times and they do this regularly. I told them it is not published on Expedia this way and they must honor a double bed with shower at the advertised rate. I only stayed here because I had business up the street. I would AVOID this hotel. The rooms are horrible, the beds are cheap and uncomfortable, there is nothing redeeming here.

Worst hotel in a while
Bed sheet had gross stains on it. Thought door lock didn't work but found that I had to put my shoulder into it to pop open. Heard everyone else's door be forced open all night/morning too. There's no outlet near the bed to plug phone into and no clock/alarm. TV didn't work. Management..... Take a look at room 138.
