Our experience of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is one of an aging facility doing its best to remain relevant despite significant lapses in quality and upkeep. Like an over used motel from the 90s with some new paint and moderately updated appliances, it feels like an attempt to adapt with best efforts to appeal to a new generation. The beds are comfortable, the sheets clean, and the staff courteous and helpful. However, if you want to feel what a timeshare from the 90s in Phoenix looks like now, with the desire for relevance but the budget for ā€œeconomicalā€, the Fairmont Hot Springs is for you. Include the accompanying RV park bringing in the generation who watched the moon landing with their parents- itā€™s definitely an experience from a bygone era made reality in 2024.

Itā€™s a pretty location-and although it could use a facelift, Iā€™m sure they would hike the price up. It was nice to have mini-golf and the pools as options, plus our room had an outdoor patio chairs and table so we didnā€™t feel stuck in our room.

Highly recommend Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
We love this resort, they are so friendly and helpful no matter what our requirements are. Thank you to all the staff at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort for always making our stays with you the best experience we could ask for! It is a bit of an older hotel, but they are in the process now of upgrading so it will only get better. We always make use of both pools and the restaurants and it is a short drive into town. Golf, swim, soak, ski, ride horses, hike, so much to do

The hot spring pools are fantastic. The property itself is in dire need of updating. Appliances, carpets, paint, paper are all in need of upgrades. It was actually very disappointing to see the deterioration.

Needs an update badly. The place smelled like urine. Which we realized later the area we were in was for animals. No dishoths provided until the very last day of our 3 day stay. Housekeeping didnā€™t empty garbages. 2 burner hot plate is right beside super small sink. Just poor set up. I think they are understaffed maybe as well? Bathroom has no fan which is fine if the only window to the outside didnā€™t have a huge gap in the bottom to let various insects in. Poor lighting and just overall horrible setup which could be resolved with a long over do Reno. The pool and the area is amazing otherwise.

This is a lovely property. Shows its age in some areas but look like they are trying to make some improvement. The food we had was incredible. That was hands down the best omelet i have ever had. Would be nice if there was some way to have a shade area in the pools during the day as at plus 30 i found it was too hot to enjoy but that is just me. Friendly helpful staff and room was very clean

We stayed for one night. The room was dated but very clean. The grounds were excellent. There was a small area where outdoor renovations were being donā€™t but there wasnā€™t any noise or mess to take away from a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay and were happy with the value. We were impressed with all the things we could do with our children (mini golf, pools, playground, etc.). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement in our opinions would be including a continental breakfast, in-room microwaves and cleaner rooms/facilities.
