We were disappointed on our yearly trip to this hot spring this time. Location and hot springs are amazing but it needs renovation now, very dated. Beds are terrible and even kids woke up with soar backs. We couldnā€™t find even a USB charger in the room,

Booked a room with a kitchenette. But the kitchenette was poor! One old peeling teflon frying pan was not usable. Asked for another and got another unusable one in exchange! Shampoo bottle almost empty. Only two bath robes, minimum number of towels. Just poorly equipped, the property is old and rundown and the prices are up year over year! Steam room out of order. Great location, but we probably won't come again.

Staff were excellent. Tubs and Sauna areas could use more consistent daily cleaning. I found bandaids and Zyn pouches left on the ground or in the pool. Construction material left behind and not stored with the construction area.

It is always a pleasure to stay here. We have done it for over 10 years at new years. A bit disappointed with the price tag on the brunch (who can eat $45 in food) But steamers is a great option. Overall we enjoy ourselves every time we stay and will keep Coming back.

We used to love this place but now we may have to reconsider what we do for New Yearā€™s Eve. This place is still very outdated - no renovations at all. We didnā€™t get any room service for a 3 night stay. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. Toilet barely flushed. Bed sunk deeply in the middle. Room had a dirty smell. The pool walls were broken. It felt like a 2 star hotel with good WiFi.

Hidden fees, tatty decor, uncomfortable beds.

Hidden fees upon checkin. Rooms are dingy. Beds are old and soft. Like sleeping is a shallow soup bowl. Totally bagged out. Pealing ceiling paint. Black mold on carpet. Decor is ratty and outdated. On site restaurant has gross food. Everything is frozen, meat patty is exceptionally low quality. Vegetables are limp, sad, unappealing. Not at all good, not even close. This place needs some new energy. The front desk area is messy. Stuff everywhere, itā€™s dirty. A massive pile of water bottles live behind the front desk. (Get that stuff into a storage room and pull out as many as you need for that days check-ins.)
