I have stayed at this hotel several times , and upon checkout I went to retrieve my cash deposit and was refused to be returned. One of the housekeepers claims it smells like smoke in the room , however I did not smoke in the room , I would never do that for once it's disgusting to smoke in a room and two I wouldn't be stupid enough to jeopardize my deposit. The front desk lady refused to go and check herself and just took one single ladies word for it that the room Was smoked in . I am floored at the front desk customer service the lady had a horrible attitude and seems extremely lazy she didn't make any effort to confirm that in-fact the room Did not smell like cigarettes. I have spent over 800$ at this hotel in the last week alone and I always clean my room before I leave and make sure that the least amount of cleanup is necessary when i leave , I highly advise to NOT stay at this hotel . The staff is disappointing and rude and I am highly dissatisfied.

This hotel was very clean. They are in the process of updating. My room had not yet been updated but was still clean and in good condition. The breakfast is a take away so no choice but was good and convenient. My room was quiet and comfortable.

The customer service at front desk were excellent. But the outside corridors going to rooms and staircase needs deep cleaning. The rooms need to be upgraded- they are old and smell musty/old. Breakfast was take away bag not sure what was inside but they do not have a real breakfast area like some hotels with options. The hotel really needs some serious TLC as do most hotels in the area.

We had to Cancel our trip due to a family emergency .On Wednesday our Daughter N Law Crashed her bike and broke her hand in 3 places. MY Husband cancelled the room on line and This Morning at 8:00 am on the 16th they had already taken the payment our if our account.It should not have been charged until 3:00 when we were to check in.on the 16th.
