It was scary , the rooms where dirty , and one of the rooms my friend stay the door for jammed and they couldn’t open till the next day .so basically she didn’t have none of her belongings. It smelled weird . And their was a lot of loud noise at 5am

The room provided to us at check in did not have light or a refrigerator as advertised. Staff unwilling to change room at first stating i could check out and just not be charged. As I was preparing to leave another staff member offered to change my room. It just made it an anxiety producing evening as I was there to rest before running the NYC marathon

This hotel has a great staff. Front desk & housekeeping was kind and courteous. I had back to back meetings on the day I was set to checkout and front desk was gracious enough to honor my request for a delayed checkout. I liked that the hotel was clean and loads of complimentary park. My only negative is that room was outdated.
