The room was clean, had chipped glassware and no replacement available when requested. Their swipe card system was unreliable. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. They couldn’t swipe my credit card and told me it was declined. Had to call and make sure I wasn’t skimmed. They keyed it in incorrectly 3 times and flagged a fraud alert. Won’t stay there again!

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like that there is underground parking. Will book at this hotel again.

Overall the property is worthy of another stay, however the bathroom renovatoons were amateur and lacked attention to detail. A good example is the bathroom door didnt close and the shower head was really bad.
