Check in was slow and we had to return after being served because we could not receive our key, even though a room had been assigned. Once we returned, I had to wait again and start over with the process. Should have online check in and check out as with other hotels I regularly use. Otherwise, the room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate although the heat could not be turned down, amd the breakfast area was very nice with a lot of food options. The beds were great and comfortable as well.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, the proximity to the university parking, east of check in and check out, if I were to say anything, it would be not the quality of the food. The quality of the food for breakfast was great but the quantity Left a little bit to be desired. There didn’t seem to be enough food out at a time. There was a lineup for omelets for example because they were out and they brought out 10 at a time when you have some people putting two on a plate and they weren’t keeping on top of plates and bowls. Other than that, it was great. The taste of the food seem to be fine, but that would be my only issue was that the quantity of food did not meet the demand.

Nice hotel
This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was substantial. I would stay here again. The only negative I would say is that the carpet in the room looked worn and in need of replacement.

Loved the way the room was set up with a door between the main bedroom and the room with the sofabed. It had great options for unpacking luggage so it was more comfortable for staying several nights. Location was 5 min drive from the event venue we were visiting. That was awesome. We communicated that the sink drain in the bathroom was in need of attention and they sent someone to try and fix it. The sofabed was less comfortable than the king bed, so for longer stays, I'd get two rooms in the future if not a couple/family. Overall a great stay, and trip. Worth the value. Next time we will take advantage of the breakfast but I am sure it was wonderful!

We would definitely return there... Staff was great, and the continental breakfast excellent... To us, the only downside was that the carpet in the room was old looking and had some dried stains...However, the room smelled clean...The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows, plus very clean!!! Bathroom was spotless!!!
