Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names and contact details of all guest over 2yrs due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
* The minimum Age Requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old and above.
* The property can be used by the confirmed guests only. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
* No parties or events are permitted. Please note: Bookings for any party group will be cancelled immediately as this property is not suitable for these groups.
* Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. As this property is in a residential area please respect the neighbours and keep the excessive noise levels to a minimum.
* No smoking or vaping inside or in any outside areas.
* Dog Policy -
*ONE house-trained dog is allowed at this property. Please note if you are bringing your pooch you will need to bring your own bed, bowls etc for your dog's stay.
*We ask that your dog stay off the lounges and beds and please roll away rugs in areas that the dog will be.
*If your dog has been at the beach or is dirty, please wash off using the outside hose, and dry off before coming back in the house.
*When leaving please remove all droppings from the outdoor space and place in the large bins within the service area of the building. Please do not leave in the bins inside the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE, THAT IF THESE RULES AREN'T ADHERED TO, EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES WILL APPLY
* If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay. Please respect these rules.
