Room was well maintained and clean, albeit dated and bathroom was in need of a renovation, more for aesthetics than serviceability. Pool was clean and well maintained with ample parking. Reception staff were excellent to deal with.

The staff were so lovely. The facilities were great. Walking distance to the Entertainment Centre, East Shores, and a number of Restaurants. The children enjoyed a swim in the pool which was well maintained. The room itself was a bit dated but it did feel homely and there was enough space for the whole family. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay, made all the difference to have such a welcoming host. A clean, simple room, short walking distance from the harbour and with an affordable shuttle bus to the ferry terminal for those transferring to Heron Island… We look forward to going back.
