Overpriced and Poor Property Management
Worst stay EVER! It started with a tedious check-in - we had to collect key at an office on the 2nd floor of a shopping centre some distance away from the apartment. The keys had to be dropped off there again on or before the time of check-out on the last day. Only 2 keys issued even though we were 4 adults staying. It meant us constantly having to coordinate our movements as access to all areas of the building, including pool and gym is access controlled. I asked for an extra key and was told they issue a max of 2 keys. This is just not practical when you are 4+ adults. I can’t even imagine the inconvenience if we had been 6 (capacity of the unit). The unit has only 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch in a small indent area - not a second living room by any means. For the first 2 nights we were only 3 people. My husband and I and our 22yr old daughter. On the third night my 18yr old son joined and we wanted to make him a bed on the sleeper couch. Firstly the couch was locked! No linen supplied On calling the agent, Holiday Holiday, we were told that we will need to pay extra to get the bed unlocked and to get linen. We were already paying more than $4k for 5 nights in a very sparsely furnished 2 bedroom unit. It took several phone calls from both my husband and myself, having to threaten them with reviews to get linen for my son’s bed - eventually telling me they will do me a favour and that I don’t have a right to linen or to having the sleeper couch unlocked. Will NOT be back!
