Enjoyable stay and family room was of high quality

Great property. Wifi didnt work.and shower overflower. Otherwise quite giod

Glad I had the lights on getting into bed, one of “those” hairs greeted me. Mold around the shower glass, drain not working a feet had a bath every day, do not disturb light not working, a window broken and not opening, flies always in the room. Place has that old musty smell, except the foyer which was overpowering, or when you’d get a wave of other less appealing smells. Room service under powering. But, the staff are amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and just lovely. Great location to trains and buses, enough convenience, food, chemist shops for whatever you need. Would I stay here again? Unknown, good for what I needed? Yes. Do yourself a favour and get the breakfast, it’s rather fab.

I stayed at the ME London in March 2016 and I only have the most positive things to say. It's a wonderful hotel, with courteous and helpful staff and my room was very comfortable. I had forgotten my phone charger, so I called reception to see if I could borrow one. It arrived within five minutes! The room facilities are great. Love the Nespresso coffee machine, and the moisturizer in the bathroom smelled divine. Incredibly close to the Theatre Royal on Drury Lane and there is a hop on hop off bus stop for Golden Tours at the door, if you are interested in sightseeing. Wonderful hotel.
