Great location, really good staff, breakfast included was great too. So comfy, amazing shower and hot water. PERFECT location, few tube stops within walking distance. loads of good food and bevvy places around and nice area.

Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is well-equipped with washer in the apartment. We stayed with our 2 young kids (6 & 10 years) and had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

"The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly. The rooms were average and could have used a deep clean especially for a high level hotel. The perfume in the lobby was also a little strong. Convenient to most tourist spots though and great views."

"Amazing location, couldn’t have been better. However the staff of the Pimm’s pop up on the outside lawn was rude and unhelpful. Get rid of them. The front desk and concierge staff was WONDERFUL and helpful. I’d highly recommend aside from the Pimm’s popup on lawn."

"With no windows and no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy, beds were tiny and not comfortable, no glasses only paper cups which you had to ask for in the cafe, no ice either. But staff could not be more lovely and helpful, the location was perfect and the price reflex the basic room."
