This is one of our personal favourites out of all the villas in the entire complex. It has absolutely breath-taking ocean views that can't be beaten. You would be forgiven for thinking you're in a boat while sitting in the lounge of this water front Villa. With 4 en-suited bedrooms spread over 4 levels, this Yacht Club villa is the definition of luxury accommodation on Hamilton Island.


If the point of your visit was to find a stylishly furnished space with breath taking views where you can relax in total comfort and indulgence, Yacht Club Villa 17 is the property for you.


This Villa has been used by just the owner until recently; and he has now decided to share it with the rest of us, from the moment you walk in the front door, you will know why he wanted to use it all for himself.


Expertly designed by famous Australian architect Walter Barda this Yacht Club Villa is a real 5 star property. No Expense was spared with Coco republic furniture throughout this stunning Yacht Club Villa. It really has to be experienced to be believed.


The Yacht Club Villa's are situated right on Hamilton Island's marina! This is luxury in every sense of the word!

We stayed at Yatch Club Villa 17 with the family for a conference. We had a beautiful time here, the view is breathtaking and the property is amazing, it fulfilled all our expectations.

We have stayed at a number of places on the island but this was the best in terms of quality of villa and location. The top floor master bedroom was stunning. The villa was well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach towels, hand washes in the bathroom etc. We were very happy with our choice.

The villa is divine! It’s in a fabulous location and walking distance to all restaurants. Some items that I would suggest re-considering if I was the owner.. supplying more toilet paper, an additional tea towel and a vacuum!!

Incredible Property
We are all missing our stay on Hamilton Island. We have been home for 24 hours and cannot stop talking about our trip to Hamilton Island. We didn’t see the sun once and it rained the whole time but our party of seven still managed to have the best time. You cannot complain about anything when you get to wake up to the views and enjoy each others company in one the most beautiful and well planned houses we have ever seen. While having our coffee we saw turtles, a stingray, baby shark, and plenty of fish and birds. The kids loved seeing all of it. And then the boats would start going out and it was heavenly watching them come in and out. The house was impeccable and super close to a very private pool and all of the restaurants. The house came with a golf cart but most of the time the walk to everything was such a short distance that we chose to walk. We kept wondering how the island and water looked like in the sun because it was so beautiful even when it was covered in clouds and rain. We are already planning our trip back!! Thank you Peter and the wonderful team that helped make our stay unforgettable.
